Request Motorhome rental Rates: $290 per day, 3-day minimum, except holidays, TMS and special events. All holidays are a 5-day minimum.

This includes: professional walk-through, LP gas (full at pick-up, additional LPG is the responsibility of the renter), tank chemicals and paper, water hose, water regulator, sewer hose, motor home user’s guide.

Payment:
Due in full in advance or pick-up date by credit card, check or cash. This includes daily rental, total estimated mileage (a refund or balance of the mileage due at return) and all applicable fees. No refunds for early returns.
Rental Hours:Pick-up and drop-off by appointment only. All returns are due back by 11am of the return day. No Saturday or Sunday pick-up or drop-off.
Fort Worth Motorhome rentals Rental Reservations:
Reservation/Security deposit of $1,000.000 required by credit card. This will be refunded within 5 business days of rental return provided there is no damage and the unit is clean (exterior and interior). No refunds for early returns.
Rental Reservation Cancellations:
Full refund of reservation/security deposit if canceled 10 days in advance of rental pick-up date. No refund if canceled 9 days to pick-up date.
Insurance:
We provide comprehensive and collision insurance covering damages to the Vehicle with a deductible of $1,000 per occurrence, for which deductible you are responsible. You are responsible for all damages due to neglect or any damages not covered by insurance. Minimum age of 25 years or older on all renters.
Fuel:
The RV will have a full tank of fuel at pick-up and needs to be returned with a full tank. There is a gas station across the street from us that is convenient to use. There will be a $50 service charge plus the additional fuel if the RV is not returned full of fuel.
